So, has anybody got smelly feet?? As mentioned in my previous review (hold your nose) I own a pair of trainers which can be a bit pongy from time to time, this is not because I constantly have smelly feet, but mainly down to the fact that they are used a few times a week for running in, and therefore they regularly have a little bit of a niff to em. Did you know that, in the course of a normal day, the average foot can produce about a pint of sweat? This was a surprise to me, too, but I did know about sweating feet causing foot odour. Sweat in itself is not smelly (it's salt and water, after all), but the bacteria on the skin of the feet feed on this 'broth' and their excreted products are what causes that embarrassing foot odour (so foot odour is bacteria poo!).
