Advantages: smells great, lathers well, feels quite moisturising

Disadvantages: Bit expensive

After finishing off my bottle of Olay Body Wash Shea Butter this morning, I thought it was about time to review (I am usually a Dove girl, but I got this on special offer for 2 for £4.00):-

Olay body wash comes in a white 400ml bottle with Olay Body written in black and Complete Ultra Moisture Body Wash with Shea Butter written on in yellow and a golden/yellow circle. The bottle is very simple looking but as it is so simple it looks really nice. The bottle costs £3.69 (usual retail price) from tesco (but prices varey depending on where brought from). This product can be brought in most large chain supermarkets and chemists.

On the back of the bottle it states:-

Olay Complete Ultra Moisture Body Wash gives you nourished, beautiful skin with:-

-Cleansing - soap free formula for gently cleansing.

-Moisturising- nourishing Olay moisturising formula with shea butter, penetrates deep within the surface to condition dry skin for up to 24 hours.

-Clean Rinsing - helps keep in moisture and has a clean rinse.

There are directions for use, ingredients and Olay's Contact details (made by proctor and gamble).

So on using the product for the last 8 weeks, I think this is a great product. When you open the bottle (clip up/down lid, easy to open/close) you get a lovely smell of the shea butter (very ladylake scent, guys you may want to use but I would advise you not to).
The bodywash is a white/pearly colour, and is lovely and thick in texture.

When squirting this out onto your sponge you have full control of how much comes out as it does not just pour out (which alot of other bodywashes do).
I usually use the about a 50p sized dollop (which goes a really long way)and rub it into my puffy thing to lather it up. The soap lathers up really well (and still smells gorgeous), when using the body wash it does feel very moisturising and soothing. The soap washes off really easily and does not stick to you, like some body washes do.

Even after I have dried myself I can still smell the shea butter and keep getting hints of the smell all day (well until I have been running). My skin has not felt any different since using this product just because I always moisturise with baby oil when I get out the shower and I think I owe it to that really.

I will buy it again this product again, but only when on special offer (I will stock pile it) I felt £3.69 is a little expensive, and my only other little problem is that the lid is at the top (although flat so can be stood on lid when running out), but I would prefer it at the bottom. I have to say I prefer this to my usual Dove, just because of the smell (oh so good).

Summary: Buy this when on special offer and stock pile it.
