Advantages: good for your teeth
Disadvantages: cant find it in shops anymore, dunno what happened
What is it?
Well, basically, its just a mouthwash, which is blue in colour, and comes with a little white cap, with a "fill line", to ensure that you do not use too much or too little of the mouthwash. The bottle is quite big, and lasts a few weeks.
The taste?
The taste is actually quite nice, a sort of fresh minty taste, even on the first go, it taste quite good. With other mouthwashes, the first couple of times they taste revolting, it takes a while for you to get use to them.
Price?
I got my oral B mouth rinse from poundland, for a pound, so its great value for money!
Effectiveness?
Well, i have not run clinic trials or anything, but my breath definitely smelts fresher, and cleaner, and my mouth as a whole felt cleaner.
This product is great for use IN CONJUNCTION WITH normal brushing (you still have to brush i'm afraid). Just one swill, gargle and swish it round for 30 seconds to a minute depending, and then spit it out in the sink. You should not swallow this mouth wash, and that is why this product should only be used by adults, not children. This really is a great product, as its well priced at £1, its effective, and its from oral b, so you know its high quality. Also, this mouth wash is alcohol free, and as a muslim, this made it great for me, but more and more mouth washes are becoming alcohol free these days, so this benefit isn't as large as it used to be when i first started using oral b. However, to my horror, i can no longer find oral b mouth wash in poundland, or infact anywhere, so instead i have switched to tesco's mouthwash, which is cheaper, but if i find oral b, i get that instead.
Summary: A great introduction to mouthwashing if you do not currently, and good for long run
