I only just recently started flossing, it is highly recommended that you do because your toothbrush doesnt get in between teeth and you would be really suprised as to what you find lurking between your teeth. This Oral b dental floss is really good, it is lightly waxed so it slips between your teeth easily and glides through nicely without any mishaps.
