Flossettes which are made by Oral B are a great tool for people who struggle with using convential floss. They help to make flossing simple. Flossetes are basically a piece of floss that has been attached to a plastic handle. I found them very easy to use. You can even floss just by using one hand. My daughter always uses them as she finds it so easy just to pick up her flossete and feels quite grown up having her own. I really liked to actual floss that was attached to the handles. This is a fantastic product. Although it is intended as a one-time use flosser, one flossette will last at least two or even three weeks, so it is not as expensive as it might appear. Extremely simple to use and I always get a good "review" from my dentist. Highly recommended.
