It does relax you. It also gives you a refreshing facial and I have NEVER come out of the bath feeling sooo clean. A definite for recharging and destressing

After being converted to the Original Source Mint and tea tree, pure mint etc shampoos I was a little dubious as to how the foam bath would feel.
