When the Original Source brand first appeared on our shelves with their vibrant colourful packaging and their interesting and refreshing fragrances they were eye-catching and it was not long before they became a popular item in many households. They have more recently introduced a range coloured with pastel shades, presumably in an attempt to appeal more to the female market (when first marketed they were aiming at men, advertising in magazines such as Maxim and FHM). This was my first use of a product from the newer range. Was it a feminine felicitous fantasy or was it more a case of poorly carried out market research? PACKAGING The bottle ... The Original Source brand is becoming more and more popular, especially as they keep giving samples away. I recently had a look at their website and registered. I am now eligible to receive five sample products to try. They do not even come in the fiddly little 25ml sachets anymore. No, you get a whopping 50ml sample in a proper little bottle. Ideal for keeping for your holiday bag or your swimming kit! The Original Source products have always been eye-catching. Not only the names, such as Mint Source, but the vibrant colours, the claims to protecting the environment whilst looking after your skin! The ... Read the complete review

Following on from my last op about Original Source Spearmint Shower Gel, I have just finished using my second free sample of Tea Tree and Lavender Moisturising Body Wash. My sample came in a 25ml sachet which is plenty for 2-3 showers depending on how frivolous you are feeling. Used as an alternative to soap, you can apply it either with a sponge or body puff. When rubbed over your skin you will be amazed like I was at the amount of rich lather you get with just a little amount of gel. As promised, my skin was left feeling totally moisturised, and silky. The packaging is a light lilac purple foil sachet and I believe the shower gel is also lilac in ... Read the complete review

Yes I know this is yet another Original Source op, but this is the fifth instalment so there will only be 3 more after this, a big sigh of relief from everyone! This op is about body wash and not shower gel, the difference being that this is specifically made for adding moisture into your skin and keeping it that way all day long. ~~~THE PACKAGING~~~ The packaging will vary from that seen in the shops, as this is a free sample, to claim these see below, and these come in a small foil wrapped sachet that contains 25ml. The packaging is lilac in colour and is a fairly muted colour compared to some of the other samples I have received, and just ... Read the complete review
