...kind of person, they're just not my thing really. This is my second original source op after discovering the website through an op (thank you!) and sending for free samples. This is a very quick an easy process and shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, you simply need to register on the site, and they send you your first out of 8 free samples straight away. To get your next sample, you must leave feedback about the previous one on the site, but this shouldn?t take too long either. So after being sent my first sample of 'tea tree and mint shower gel' (see my earlier op) and trying it out, I left some feedback and ordered my next one. This one is 'tea tree and lemon shower gel'. This took less than a week to come, as did the first one, and came neatly packaged in a jiffy bag with a leaflet on original source products. It's a bright yellow 25ml sachet with big black writing on the front. 25ml really doesn't sound like much does it? The sachet is actually a lot more generous than most free samples; it's quite large when you look at it. So tonight I tried my luck in the quest for finding happy shower times. I tore the sachet open, after about five minutes of grappling with it with wet hands, (my fault) and was blasted with the pungent smell of lemons. I could really tell they used natural oils as I hate the smell of lemons and the gel smelled exactly like the real thing. So after trying to waft the smell away, which didn't work, I put a small splodge about the size of a 50p on to one of those shower puff thingies. After fluffing it about it burst into action, it was like a never ending supply of foam! So off I went about my hygiene routine, and after nicely foaming on my arms legs etc, I ventured to that place never spoken about, and blimey O Riley!! I was on fire! I instantly tried to extinguish what flames were engulfing me, but to no avail as this weird tingling just wouldn't go awa
y for about 5 minutes. I wasn't exactly sure whether I liked or disliked this sensation, I'll have to figure it out tomorrow, lol!! As for the smell *sniffs her arm* well there?s absolutely no trace of it left on me (I only got out of the shower 20 minutes ago). Whether or not this is because I am a smelly tramp remains to be seen, but with a smell that strong I really expected it to last me a little while longer. You can but this shower gel at branches of Boots, Sainsbury's, Superdrug and your usual chemists. It will set you back around £2.50 for a 250 ml. I can't say I was too impressed with this, if I'm honest, I was expecting better after the tea tree and mint was so great. The fragrance was the worst, it was very overpowering, and I was expecting a nice hint of citrus fruits, but no, I was treated to the stench of fresh lemons, which some people may like, but I cannot stand it! I was also disappointed with the fact that it hasn't left me nice and fragranced either, oh no, I?ve gone back to smelling like a plain old tramp! Lol! Thanks for reading, Laura xx ;-)
