I first used Original Source Mint and Tea Tree Shower Gel when it was launched a few years ago, Im always drawn to anything minty anyway so this was a natural choice for me. To this day I still use this product and with it being on offer at the moment I thought Id do a review for it on Dooyoo.

Packaged in the bottle as shown above as soon as you flip the cap you notice the very strong scent of mint, this shower gel is by far the most fragrant out of all the Original Source range and you really need to be a fan of mint before considering buying it.

As with all shower gels you put a small amount onto your hands or sponge and lather it onto your body. A little of this stuff does go a long way so start off with a small amount rather than smothering yourself.

The intense mintiness smell is nothing compared to the tingly sensation the shower gel gives you when washing with it. Although you are stood in a hot shower you can feel the coolness of the gel on your body and it is really refreshing and certainly does wake you up first thing on a morning!

Since its popularity other brands have tried to emulate the range with their own varieties, for me though you can't get better than the original. Though generally a bit more expensive than other brands none of them have managed to get close to the mint variety.

Packed with natural essential oils and no artificial fragrances or perfumes, 7927 mint leaves are used to make just 1 bottle (according to their website) so this demonstrates just how minty it actually is.

Currently on offer at Morrisons for just £1.00 if you haven't already tried this I would definitely recommend you give it a go. It can be found in supermarkets on the toiletries aisle.

I would give this 5/5 Dooyoo stars, it is my favourite shower gel and I love it!
