As one of my birthday presents I got some Original Source Watermint and Lemongrass Nourishing Shower Sorbet - that's an awfully long name for a bit of shower gel! Anyway I have now tried it so I thought I had better tell you about rather than keeping it to myself. The Packaging The packaging of this one is pretty much the same as the Mango and Macadamia Shower Smoothie. This stuff comes in a plastic container which looks like a big sachet with a piece of extra plastic inserted into the base and with the corner cut off. I've been a fan of Original Source products for quite some time. I'm a sucker for a freebie and they used to have a great offer where you could order a mini shower gel or bath foam and once you'd used it and written a review, you could select another to try. This generally meant my bathroom cabinet was stocked full of delightful miniature smellies. Sadly, this offer is no more, so I've now reverted to buying my shower gels. Now lets just get one thing clear before I start. I am not much of a man for showers. Now, that doesn't mean I do not wash; it simply means that for hygiene, I simply prefer to have a bath. That doesn't mean though that I do not like shower gel. Gel, I find, is a much more pleasant alternative to soap. But no, I am a bath man- if only because it is one of the few times I can get half an hour peace and because I can lay back, soak and read a book- something that although I have tried in the shower, only results in soggy pages.
