Palmolive Aquarium is one of a range of liquid soaps from Palmolive. I prefer to use liquid soaps to bar soaps as I think they are more hygienic and I have always found the Palmolive soaps to be good quality. This one is slightly different to the others as it has a bit of a gimmicky bottle.

The aquarium liquid soaps have as the name suggests an aquarium in the bottle, the bottle is see through and the background and the front of the bottle has pictures of sea plants and then in the middle is a fish or a dolphin which moves around as you tip the bottle. The one in the product picture is one of those fishes that puffs itself up (sorry don't know the proper name), not the most attractive looking fish but never mind.

The soap is a clear liquid soap. It has a fresh scent which is slightly floral but it is very light and not at all overpowering which some soaps can be. The soap foams up well as you wash your hands. After using your hands feel a little softer than before and you can still smell the scent after you have dried your hands.

The bottle itself holds 300ml and is a press down dispenser. It costs around £1.68 but is on a 2 for £1.50 offer at Tesco at the moment and is available from most supermarkets and chemists.

I like this soap, it has a nice scent and leaves hands clean and smooth and the price is good especially if you get it on offer. The aquarium might appeal to kids but for me its just a bit gimmicky and I certainly wouldn't pay extra for it but as it sells for the same price as the other Palmolive soaps in the range I will certainly buy it again.

Summary: A liquid soap from palmolive which has a little aquarium in the bottle.
