Palmolive Aromatherapy Foam Bath Anti-Stress

Probably not obvious from my reviews on here is that im an angry person, a person who gets stressed easily and then just cannot LET IT GO! It is so hard for me to cut off and relax from the day that often it takes me until bed time to do so and then im thinking ive gotta do it all again tomorrow! I wish I had the answers to this but I dont and never will. Meanwhile all I can do is try and calm myself somehow. Exercise is helpful and so too are baths. You have to get the bath right though. As most of you now know I am addicted to beauty products, whether it be shower gels, soap, bubble baths, moisturisers or perfume. I'm not fussy when beauty potions and lotions are concerned and Ill use anything as long as it smells nice and doesn't irritate and dry out my skin. At the end of a long day I love relaxing in a hot bath surrounded by lots of bubbles.
