I use Retardex oral spray, it costs £2.99 for a 8.3ml spray. I get mine from Boots - but I believe it is widely available.
It is approved by the Vegetarian Society which is always a plus.
But the issue is it works immediately and works for hours.

It is sadly true that there are many people that do not seem to realise that their breath leaves a great deal to be desired. It may be they have an ongoing problem or that a recent meal was heavy on the spices and garlic. Or worse still - both. Underlying health problems require a visit to your GP, dentist, or oral hygienist, but in the interim those around the offending orifice need protection.
