Wandering around town one day I felt really miserable. I've written a few reviews about Bach remedies and things I tried to cheer myself up with on here recently but basically I just felt like I was having some sort of nervous breakdown. I was wandering around dazed, tired, confused and mega tearful. I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat and had pmt, spine pain (on going condition) had just split with someone and had a kidney stone rumbling about trying to kill me and on top of that a really good friend of mine got rushed into hospital with Anorexia on Christmas Eve (I have an eating disorder myself too!).
