Advantages: Cheap and lovely smell

Disadvantages: Doesn't particularly make water soft, no lasting aroma

When it comes to having a bath it's simply one of my favourite pastimes! I regularly dunk myself in a bath brimming with water for anything up to a couple of hours so when it comes to what I use in the bath I want a really nice luxurious product that is kind to my combination skin and isn't greasy or skin drying out or anything like that.

Primark has a range of toiletries and whilst I'm stuck in queues buying a basket full of stuff I normally end up buying yet more toiletries I don't really need! However most of the toiletries are usually priced at a pound each but in my local Primark for the past few weeks the whole range have been reduced to 50p per item! So I couldn't resist trying this after liking the smell of this same fragranced body wash I'd bought previously (please see review I did on it!)!

The Packaging....

500ml see through plastic bottle with flip top black plastic lid situated to the top of it and it's information is given all in black writing. On the front in large lettering we are told it's 'We Love (symbolised as a heart), Pomegranate & Watermelon bath Soak'. On the back of the bottle I'm once again told what it is, told a bit about the product, directions for use are given, ingredients are listed (and I'm told not to eat it lol!), size is stated (as I've listed already), contact details for Primark are given and there is a bar-code on there. Simple but informative packaging it is and I do like being able to see the liquid through the bottle so I know when to buy some more (if I want to of course!).

Pour under running bath water.

Using It....

Well of course I splodge a dollop of this rather thin pinkish liquid into the bath and then fill the tub up with water. The amount you use is purely up to you of course, though I find with the smallish amount I use my bathwater doesn't go any other colour than what it is normally, I do get plenty of fragrance (to start with) and lots of rich white bubbles (that last up to a couple of hours if you stay in it as long as me).

Smell wise well it's fruity though I would say it smells more like berry fruits rather than pomegranate and watermelon but whatever the fragrance it is, it is fresh, fruity, airy and sweet and suitable for anyone to use really, it's really pleasant indeed. However although it's quite highly fragrant when the bath is first run and when you first get in it the smell disappears rather alot although you can still detect a hint of fragrance it really is nothing much though but as I said the lather stays nicely put.

The water isn't particularly moisturising or soft although you can tell your not just bathing in plain water and at least it doesn't dry skin out, make skin greasy or irritate it in any way shape or form. It's simply a nice day to day fruity bath soak. Nothing special but economical and none harmful it is and a really good buy! I feel fresh and cleansed after taking a dunk in this and smell gently fragranced! Not bad at all!
