Advantages: Leaves hands soft, uses natural antibacterial cleaning,

Disadvantages: Smells abit manly.

I always have used soap to wash my hands but keeping soap next to the sink in the kitchen I thought would look a bit odd. So my mum suggested I try hand wash instead.

I always thought Radox only produced Bubble Bath and Shower Gel so you can imagine my surprise when I was scanning the Morrisons shelves and saw the hand wash range. As it was also on offer for £1.00 I picked up the Natural Antibacterial with Thyme and Tea Tree Oil.

The hand wash comes in a small 300ml plastic squeezable bottle which is clear for you to see the blue liquid inside. Which I thought was odd as Tea Tree and Thyme are both naturally green. And with a pump action nosle the gel is easy to express when you have wet hands.

As I was reading the back of the bottle it advises the naturally active tea tree oil is blended with sprigs of thyme to clean, freshen and protect hardworking hands. The handwash also boasts it helps maintain the skins natural ph balance, it is dermatologically tested to ensure it is effective and caring for all the family. I have some major hardworking hands with all the washing up, gardening and housework I do so lets see if this does work. So I put some next to the kitchen sink ready for use.

Around the time I first started using the wash I was still steralising Scarlet's milk bottles so the skin on my hands was awfully dry and chapped. I just couldn't believe that washing my hands in Radox each time I was cooking or after I had been gardening made my hands feel soft again.

I will admit that I find the smell quite manly which reminds me of one of the Shower Gels they produce but I will always ensure I have a bottle next to the Kitchen and Bathroom sinks. I just find it so useful for both my partner and myself.

And as Scarlet baby is now starting to wash her hands in the sink like a big girl it is great for her to ensure her hands are clean to eat after all the rollling around in the mud she does.

Radox has thumbs up from me and will always be fantastic for my little family.

Summary: A superb little handwash.
