I enjoyed a nice soak for my muscles in this herbal bath. (Radox Herbal Bath Muscle Soak)

I am house sitting at present and have a dog to walk and a house to look after as well as feeding my man, preparing his lunches and doing all the housework so I'm getting a real insight in to my future as a housewife (I love it!). All this work at the end of the day means I'm a little tired and achy and when I spotted a tall bottle of Radox Muscle Soak Herbal Bath by the side of the bath I decided to pour a little under some warm running water and climb in and have a nice soak.

This Radox comes in a long tall plastic bottle which is clear and it has a blue lid which matches the colour of the liquid within. There is 500ml of liquid in this bottle which is enough to last for quite a few weeks of regular soaks.

The liquid itself is quite thick and a small amount is required to produce a fairly good amount of bubbles within the bath and when I laid down I could feel my body relaxing right away. There was a lovely smell to the Radox which is a little masculine but still lovely and the scent lasted as long as my bath (a good 30 minutes or so).

I really did relax in the bath and while my actual muscles didn't need soaking that badly just myself in general I came out feeling lovely and relaxed and just spent the rest of the evening lazing around and enjoying the nice feeling my bath had given me.

This Herbal Bath Muscle Soak contains, amongst other things, a few drops of clary sage oil & natural sea minerals and is the perfect PH balance and as I suffer from sensitive skin at times and eczema on my feet I shouldn't really use anything in the bath but this didn't give me any additional flare up or anything like that so I would definitely use it again.

I would recommend this bath soak as it just gave me a lovely relaxed feeling and the smell was fantastic. A 500ml bottle is just £1.00 in Tesco stores or www.tesco.co.uk and this is an absolutely fantastic price and I was quite surprised when I realised that this was all this cost as I used to purchase it a few years ago and was sure it was a lot more than this!

I am rating this bath soak 5/5 as there is not a single bad thing about it so next time you're in Tesco why not pick one up and give it a try? I'm pretty confident you'll be just as relaxed as I was after using it.
