I'm one of these people who loves a really long soak in the bath and love Radox herbal bath muscle soak to help me relax. I do a lot of dancing and sometimes my muscles ache after a long day so I really look forward to going home and having a long soak.

Radox herbal bath muscle soak comes in a clear bottle and is available in a 500ml and 1 liter bottles costing around £1.50 (500ml) and £2.69 (1 litre). Look out for special offers I just got another 500ml bottle from Tesco for just £1. There are a few different varieties to chose from including sage and sea and calendula and rose and they last a few weeks (depending on how often you like to bath) but as the bottle is clear you can see when your almost out. All radox products are available from any leading supermarket, boots and some pharmacies.

When filling your bath just pour some under warm running water, as you do this you'll notice a floral relaxing scent which isn't too overpowering. On the bottle is claims that it helps relax your muscles, I'm not sure if this is true but it certainly works for me, it helps to relax my body, muscles and mind which is definitely the perfect way to unwind after a long and hard day.

Overall, Radox herbal bath muscle soak is definitely the best way to relax and unwind after a long hard day. If your a bath lover give Radox a go, you'll most certainly feel more relaxed in both body and mind.
