I am a huge fan of Radox Herbal Bath Salts, they really are the most relaxing way to take a long hot soak! Unlike the usual Radox products these don't come in a fancy bottle with posh coloured liquid, no this comes in a box, and you get 400g for about £1, I actually bought these in Poundland, but they can be bought in Asda too, not sure how many other places still have them. Anyway the one's I bought come in a green coloured cardboard box with all the info written on the front the box is also lined with plastic, and there's a little cut out circle on the front allowing you to see the bathsalts in the box. On the side is a little flap that you open to ... Read the complete review

Sometimes old favourites are the best, and certainly this product is one I come back to from time to time, when I feel in need of a long hot soak in the bath! It was never more appreciated than 3 years ago when my husband and I spent 3 wonderful days rough camping on The Scottish Island of Tiree. With only a cold sink in a public toilet for washing in cold, no- icy water, I was so grateful I had packed these in the car at Glasgow Airport. As soon as we landed and went to stay in a Travel Lodge this was the first thing I did- had a long luxurious bath in Radox Muscle Soak. The Muscle Soak, as it is known, is sold in cardboard boxes for around ... Read the complete review

I rarely have a bath without some sort of bath salts, bubble bath or oil in it, and one product that I have been using on and off over the last few months, is Radox's muscle soak bath salts with thyme. I last used these a few days ago after being a little over enthusiastic in a workout and ending up with aching calf muscles. As well as after workouts, I've also used this product in a somewhat desperate attempt to help my aching back, which I would guess is the result of a mix of bad posture and the luxury mattress I spent a fortune on, only to find that it was just as uncomfortable as the cheap one I was throwing out. The bath salts are packaged in ... Read the complete review

My husband decided this weekend that we would take a nice little stroll to pass the time on Saturday. Stroll my goodness. He is in the Royal Air Force so is used to walking extremely long distances. I actually have to say I do enjoy the odd walk from time to time however not the military "yomp" style that I was subjected too!!! Up hill and down dale and through woodland and across barren wilderness. I actually felt like I had walked the length and breadth of Great Britain by the time I arrived home my goodness. We left at the crack of dawn and returned when it was dark. Talk about a test of endurance. I actually quite enjoyed the experience to a point however ... Read the complete review

Radox Muscle Soak Bath Salts is one of those products that I grew up using. The one I used (I'm not sure if there are more than one kind?) comes in the blue box pictured. The product itself ; Comes in the form of crystals of salt, blue in colour. There's a very fresh but boring smell when you open the box up - eucelyptus,I think. To use ; You take a scoop of it and put it into the bottom of the bath, then start filling it with hot water. (Personally,I've been known to use an entire box in one bath because I find it to be a bit too weak to just use a little) What it does ; It turns the bath a beautiful shade of blue - ...
