I love a bubble bath and have for years, everyday I look forward to my thirty minutes of peace and bubbles and have therefore tried almost every bath product that there is.


==== Why This One ====

Radox has been around for as long as I can remember actually over a hundred years and no I am not quite that old. It has always been a favorite in my house so I have gravitated to the Radox section eversince and get excited when i spot a new colour and version (No really I do!) but I always come back to this one.


===== The Product =====

Radox stress relief bath therapy is a bath soak that contains Rosemary and eucalyptus. It comes in a clear plastic bottle and the product inside is Blue.
It is made with a sprig or two of rosemary and a few drops of essential oils, natural minerals.


==== How To Use ====

Simply really just pour a cap full or two under running warm water and watch the bubbles fill the bath and the aromas fill your nose. I tend to use two capfuls as I do like the scent to be quite strong. It is also quite a thick liquid so you shouldn't pour too much in by accident.


==== The Scent ====

As soon as its poured into the bath the aroma fills the room and heads straight up my nose. I find that both the scents of rosemary and eucalyptus complimented each other well and neither seem to fight with the other and you get an even scent of both the main ingredients.


==== Bubble Factor ====

It did create a nice amount of bubbles but perhaps not as many as some but then again this is described as a bath soak rather than a bubble bath but there was enough for me to make silly shapes with (sorry perhaps that is too much information ). I also find that the bubbles lasted for quite a while but that maybe because once i'm in I don't move.


==== Did It Give Me Stress Relief ====

I have to say that I do tend to feel less stressed after a bath but that has perhaps more to do with the feeling of actually relaxing rather than the product itself. I have to say though that i find that the scent of the the bath soak really helps to clear my mind and if you are blocked up and have a cold you can really feel the vapours clearing your sinuses.


====My Conclusion ====

I think that this bath soak is among the best I have tried and the only ones that beat it are some very expensive brands that I was lucky enough to try so on balance it is the best in the price brand and as you really only need a capful or two it lasts along time.
I love the scent and it does calm and clear my mind and is the first thing I use if I have a cold or a stress headache as it helps it melt away and the really the bubbles are a bonus.

==== Downside ====

This is perhaps just me but my macho husband has taken to using this and enjoying a good bubble bath but I am afraid that he used the last bit six months ago and I am awaiting my divorce!

==== Price And Availability ====

Radox is available in most chemist and supermarkets and for the 500ml bottle cost approx £1.60.
