Advantages: Smells delighful
Disadvantages: none
This is a review of Radox Stress relief herbal bubble bath.
The label on the bottle says 'calm down and relax, with rosemary and eucalyptus' so with that advice ('calm down dear') I took the bottle into the bathroom!
I should explain, this one is the last in a long line of bubble baths received last Christmas from my Mother in Law who obviously thinks I need calming down.
I don't mind, I love a good soak. This Radox bubble bath is a delightful deep green colour and it does tint the bath water so you get that wonderful spa effect. It bubbles up well and lasts the duration of the bath which is a sign of a decent bubble.
Stress reliever? Well I find all baths do that as you can't do anything else for about 30 minutes (well, I read in the bath actually but that's just a bad habit). Yes, I think it did lower stress levels.
The scent of this product is also rather pleasing and reminds me of a nice outdoors-y forest and pine smell (but not loo-cleaner pine). Radox say they have 100 years of herbal know how and that's quite an impressive fact.
The bottle is 500 ml, so lasts a few weeks and is clear so you can see how much procuct is left. I think my MIL buys this when it's on offer at the supermarket throughout the year. I wouldn't think she pays more than £2 for a bottle.
Would I buy another bottle? Well I must admit I prefer the Pink limited edition Radox (I reviewed this a few weeks ago) but this is a good one for men as the green and the eucalyptus is an acceptable manly colour and smell. But I wouldn't mind another bottle of this in my Christmas box this year!
Summary: A good quality bubble bath.
