Charlie Pink Body Spray is my all-time favourite handbag accessory. Whether it's just a short blast to cheer you up or a quick once over for that instant freshen up, there's just something about this aroma that makes me feel fresh and feminine!

Introduced by Revlon in 1973 the Charlie name became an instant hit and has netted the company billions of pounds since.

About 5" tall and 1" in diameter this sexy brushed steel-looking can oozes sophistication and femininity. A small removable cap covers the spray nozzle and doesn't take too much pressure to activate.

On the front of the can is the traditional Charlie handwritten logo with the word PINK underneath, a bit obvious really as every inch of the can is pink! There is 75ml contained within, and with sporadic use this will usually last a couple of months.
The reverse of the can has a 'do your thing' theme running through the wording; I'm presuming this is their latest tagline for the product. The fragrance is described as having 'a juicy mix of red fruits, tangerine and vanilla'

As with most sprays the contents are highly flammable; which is not surprising when you see that the ingredients contain butane and propane, amongst others! So make sure you've put that fag out before you spray some!

Apart from the lovely pink colour of the can the most important factor in my love for Charlie Pink is, of course, the scent. I wouldn't say I was very good at distinguishing what particular flavours are mixed within a scent, it's just whether I like it or not! This has a slightly sweet smell, almost flowery, but cool at the same time. It doesn't really last too long, about an hour or so I would say; but I suppose if you were looking for something longer lasting then you should probably use perfume. I rarely like sweet fragrances, but, like I say, this is very mild.

I can't honestly tell you the last time I bought this, as since people have known how much I like it there's not a Christmas or birthday that has gone by without receiving it as part of a gift set or stocking filler. Last time I saw it in Wilkinsons it was £1.79 but I've seen it online for between £1.53 and £1.99. If my supply ever runs out I would be more than happy to pay this.
