... performance anti-perspirant deodorant. So you'd think Right Guard would live up to these claims and leave me fresh and dry all day? Wrong! Whilst the tin of deodorant says it will keep me dry and odour free for 24 hours, it struggled to even succeed in doing this over the course of my working day. The wetness, though a little embarrassing, is something I probably could have coped with. The odour however is something I would not stand for, especially in busy meetings sat in close proximity to others. So whilst I worried if...more

Premium Review Right Guard Deodorant: On guard. (552 words)

We all hate the thought of smelling don't we? I have found a great way of avoiding that fear, Right Guard anti-perspirant deodorant. Right guard has many different versions of its sprays with slightly different smells in each. I have the cool version. I have tried others but this is the one I prefer. They all perform the same and have the same effect. This deodorant is a spray can which holds 250ml. It is dark blue and black with a dotted background making the can look textured. It boldly says "24 hour time released protection". It says on the back - Microencapsulated fragrance releases over time when you need it ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Wrong Guard (362 words)

For years I used Right Guard deodorant. I think this is mostly due to the fact that it was the deodorant of choice for my parents and when I reached my teenage years, my mum bought the same for me. I was never enthralled by it, even back then. With all my friends at school using floral sprays that came in pink patterned cans, I was always a little embarrassed of my masculine looking canister of Right Guard. Until recently, I continued to use Right Guard, mostly out of habit I presume. It's often available at discount stores and on special offer so it always ended up being my automatic choice. It was only recently though that I started to consider its ...  Read the complete review

Sniff sniff ... what is that? Oh no, look it's not my fault, it's been a very hot day and there's no air conditioning or fan and you can't open the windows because of the traffic and I've had to do a lot of lifting and carrying and ... oh, bloody hell, it's not my fault, RIGHT!! Sorry, I meant the drains outside........ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mega embarrassing, or what? But I don't know what the problem is, it's perfectly natural and we all go through it ... at the end of a hot and humid day, the stink of armpits, the salty sneer of (Shhhhhh!!) BODY ODOUR. Despite the very human failing of ...  Read the complete review

There is little to distinguish among the range of the series although my choice would be Right Guard. Double Protection. Sensitive with Aloe Vera. true, to form, it works like a charm and has the most pleasant and inoffensive smell of the lot....a vanilla smell that complements rather than accentuates and is certainly not overpowering like ‘Original’. priced competitively at around £1.25 for 107ml (20% for the pricve of 150ml), it’s cheap and is certainly just as effective than any of the others, as the fragrence did seemingly stay with me even after 12 hours. Well worth the price and the hassle of getting some. ...  Read the complete review

I have always used Right guard, only occasionaly trying out a new deodorant, and always return to right guard. This high performance anti-perspirant lives up to all of its claims, all day freshness, no sting, leaves you feeling shower fresh and dry all day. I've played netball, decorated and cleaned the house whilst using this product, and it has never let me down. I still felt fresh and not at all sweaty and smelly. It has never left any white residue on my skin or clothes, and I have never had the can clog up. There are many different fragrances available, I tried this new Extravagant and it is very nice. Nice and light, and not at all ...  Read the complete review
