Advantages: Nice colour, golden shimmers, cheap
Disadvantages: Doesnt stay on long
My sister recently purchased this and while it was sitting on the side in the room my reviweing instincts kicked in as I grabbed it off the side and began examining it so I could let everyone know whether my sister had found a good buy.
My sister had informed me that it was relitivley cheap compared to other bronzers out there as she paid under £4. However I personally feel this is reflected in the way the item is packaged as it gives out the aura that it isnt the most expensive item you can buy. It comes in a pot which I have to admit is of a decent size as it fills the palm of your hand. The top comes on and off nice and easy and is clear with gold writing written on the top. This is where I feel the item looks slightly old fashioned im not sure why...maybe its the font? However it reminds me of something I would have found in my moms make up bag when I was little.
The bronzer itself is pressed powder and looks as though it has some sort of picture in the powder of a sun, which is a nice touch. It is a nice colour and looks as though it has golden bits shimmering in it.
Picking up a brush I applied it and found that it comes onto the brush nice and easy and brushes onto the face just as good. The colour is nice, subtle although maybe a bit too much so as I had to apply quite a bit to get the sun kissed look I wanted. However its nice to see the golden bits still shimmering once its applied to the skin.
Sadly however after an hour or two I inspected the powder to find it had all but gone from my face, and so realised that although the price was cheap it wasnt really value for money as you would be using this twice as quick as other bronzers to firstly get the nice shade of colour and secondly the fact you would have to top it off a lot!
Personally for me its not the best buy in the world.
Summary: Look elsewhere
