Advantages: There are less white marks

Disadvantages: Not totally invisible!

My skin can be quite sensitive and a few years ago I had to stop using spray deoderants/antipersperants as for some reason they started to burn the skin under my arms. Since then I have been using roll on deoderants which seem to be more gentle. I always use the Sanex range as they are gentle on the skin and do not have an overpowering fragrance to them, just a very nice clean fresh smell.

My only problems with roll ons is that you can tend to use a bit too much, and also you have to wait a while before getting dressed as they are much wetter than a spray and can take longer to dry. Also they do seem to leave many more white marks on your clothes than a spray deoderant (probably because you've used more) and I was therefore pleased to see that Sanex had brought out an "invisible" roll on.

The claim is that this deoderant will leave fewer white marks on your clothes, whilst still giving you protection for 24 hours from odour and wetness.

The deoderant is in a chunky container. The see through part unscrews to leave the deoderant in a plastic casing with a pink plastic dome shaped end to hold onto. The "roll on" ball itself is in the usual form, with half of it rising above the plastic casing. The trouble with roll ons, and this one is no exception, is that quite a lot of the time, it takes a while to get the "ball" moving and for the deoderant to appear. Once you have got to this stage, the deoderant glides on easily and smoothly and then its just a matter of waiting for it to dry.

The results? Well it does still leave white marks. Not as many as the normal Sanex range, but they are still there. I also found that this deoderant didn't smell quite as nice as the others in the range.

The price is £1.32 in Tesco for 50ml which is the same price as others in the range, so its certainly worth trying, but you will still get some white marks, albeit less than other roll on deoderants

Summary: Good, but not that good

Nicely reviewed :-) I have used this and haven't had a problem with the white marks - perhaps I was just lucky!
