... I use this shower gel and find it brilliant. When I've used this I feel really clean but my skin does not feel like it's pulling and dry afterwards and it doesn't leave me itching. It has a faint floral perfume but this does not cause any irritation but does make me feel fresh after using it. It is a white liquid and develops a good lather using about a teaspoonful of this product. Some products which are promoted as preventing dryness leave your skin feeling greasy afterwards, as if it'll never dry properly, but I do...more

Premium Review Sanex Dermo Sensitive Shower Balm: Skin Sensation-al (715 words)

I have used Sanex products for many years now because, being a sensitive soul ( skin wise) I have to use products which are safe and, in my experience many such toiletries concentrate on cleansing and strong fragrances at the expense of protecting and benefiting the skin. Many are pleasant enough to use but often left my skin feeling taut and uncomfortable or, at worst, erupting in patches of eczema. This has never been the case with any Sanex product. *****PRODUCT PEDIGREE***** Sanex is a product of the Sara Lee Corporation. Until I researched for this review, I only associated that name with cakes and was interested to find that amongst its brand ...  Read the complete review

My children and i all have sensitive skin , so i tend to try and stick to products especially for them to calm and soothe the skin. Sanex is a company which does a range of products like bath creams, shower gels, hand washes . As someone who has spent most of their battling with eczema it's very important to get the right products for my skin. In the past I've used prescribed stuff which smelled of tar (not an attractive quality smelling like the resurfacing of the M1!!!!) and expensive stuff which I then found irritated my skin. Since discovering the Sanex products there's never been a problem. I use this shower gel and find it brilliant. When I've used this I feel really clean but my skin does not feel like it's pulling and dry afterwards and it doesn't leave me itching. It has a faint floral perfume but this does not cause any irritation but does make me feel fresh after using it. It ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Problem skin? Look no further (190 words)

This particular bottle of Sanex has been my shower staple for many years now. I've always had problem skin, with a tendency to break out in eczema in random patches, particularly in weather extremes. As a result I need something to wash with that's mild and consistent (i.e. doesn't revamp and change ingredients/scent every five minutes). Sanex is absolutely perfect for my dodgy skin - for a start it contains lactoserum and doesn't contain strong perfumes, so my skin is left soft and supple, not dry and taut. It does, however smell quite nice, not quite sure what it is but it's slightly sweet and clean-smelling. It's not as thick in consistency as some shower ...  Read the complete review
