Being someone who is unfortunate enough to have very sensitive skin. I have to be very careful using such things as shower gel. I have tried many different types and cannot really say that I have ever found one that I would swear by, that is until now. Not only do I have to consider what my skin will allow but I also find some shower gels and body washes leave your skin feeling sticky and no matter how much you rinse you just cant get rid of it. A short while ago my mother told me she had found a great shower gel and recommended that I try it. She thought it would be Ideal for me, and she was right. The product is ?Sanex Dermo-Purifying shower gel?. I found it ... Read the complete review

Yet another broad category from dooyoo so I have decided to focus the review on two Sanex deodorants that I have used. ~ The difference between an anti-perspirant and a deodorant ~ A deodorant simply masks body odours with fragrances whereas an anti-perspirant works by reducing the amount of perspiration produced, resulting in a reduction of BO. ~ Sanex deodorants ~ There are quite a lot of sanex deodorants / anti-perspirants to choose from in different 'forms' which I have listed below: Aerosol / Spray & Roll Ons * Dermo protector * Dermo sensitive * Dermo extra control * Dermo neutral * ... Lately I've developed very sensitive skin. My usual highly-fragranced shower gels (Lush, Dove and Radox) have begun to make me itch and come out in rashes, so with great reluctance I've had to put them in the cupboard and go in search of a non or lightly scented product that doesn't irritate, moisturises and makes me feel fresh and clean. The first one I tried was Sanex DermoMoisturising Body Wash. FIRST IMPRESSIONS Nothing spectacular to look at: a large, clear plastic squeezy bottle with a flip-top lid. Doesn't look expensive, doesn't look cheap. Something of a nonentity really. SMELL A flip of the ... Read the complete review

While I'm waiting for the product to be added, so I can post my next cold remedy opinion, I thought I'd fill the gap by telling you about the deodorant I have been using recently. It may sound like a toilet cleaner, or a method of sanitary protection, but Sanex now make a range of anti-perspirant deodorants. I tried the gel version. ~~~What is it? It's a "High Tolerance" gel that claims to be a "dermo protector". This means that it should protect your skin, allow it to breathe through the gel (not blocking your pores as some deodorant creams can do) and also offer good performance as an anti-perspirant. ~~~How ... My shower is an easy to reach, always available, indulgence. Yet not for me straight out of bed and a quick dash under the faucet. I like to drift downstairs in my dressing gown, open the back door for the dogs, switch on the kettle for my wake up cup of tea, prepare the dogs' breakfasts and turn on the computer to check mail. Then, cup in hand, I mull over the important start to the day. Do I take my shower before or after my toast and ginger marmalade? Shall I wait until I have mucked out Ben's stable? Should I clear the lawn after the dogs and feed the pondfish first? Oh the joys of being retired. You see my first shower of the day is ... Read the complete review
