Advantages: Doesn't really have any

Disadvantages: High price, does perform job it's supposed to

The cushions are supposed to cushion the heel (or even sole) of your shoe to make them comfier to wear, for longer. But they weren't the luxery I thought they would be. They made very little different to my comfort to the point where I don't believe they did anything. Instead I've come to use these for padding out my shoes instead. Quite expensive for insoles, but they're great as they can be used in just the right small areas of your shoes to make them just the perfect fit. They're especially great for this reason for the backs of your heels, if they're just a little too big and your foot is sliding out.

They may not be quite invisible but they certainly don't stand out from the shoe and you certainly can't see them once you're wearing the shoes.

The main problem I've found with this product (in kind of conjuction with the price) is that you can't reuse them in different shoes. They actually stick into your shoe on application (either front or back) and you're hard pressed to be removed.

In terms of price I obviously don't believe this product is worth it or great value for money. At the top of the page it states that they can be obtained from amazon for £3.99 but you'll be paying between £5 and £6 for them coveniently in supermarkets. I'm not sure what alternatives are out there, but I firmly believe you should shop around and maybe look for another product to do the job of making heels comfier.

Summary: Choose a different product

I found them a bit fiddly to use, but they did stop one of my shoes rubbing my heel when I tried it. The big problem is that I'll never be able to get the blasted thing out without risking damaging the lining of my shoe, now!
