I love my high heels and I would happily strut about in the highest pair I own every day if it wasn't for the awful burning pain in the balls of my feet that wearing heels creates. I wear high heels, almost religiously, I wear them everywhere, shopping, art galleries, seeing friends and when I go out for a night out with the girls. You may have seen these, in Boots, your local Supermarket, even fashion chains like River Island or Topshop. They are basicly an updated shoe insole...with a difference. Party feet are sold in pretty purple packets with a cartoon/sketched heeled shoe on the front, because this is what they are for- uncomfortable to awkward shoes.
