I love my high heels and I would happily strut about in the highest pair I own every day if it wasn't for the awful burning pain in the balls of my feet that wearing heels creates. If you have ever worn a pair of heels for longer than an hour or so then you know how much the burn hurts. You are torn between the desire to look good and the excruciating pain that throbs through your feet. Now I usually try and stay in my heels for as long as possible but after five hours of drunken dancing and stumbling the shoes eventually come off if I don't have my Party Feet placed in my high heels. I wear high heels, almost religiously, I wear them everywhere, shopping, art galleries, seeing friends and when I go out for a night out with the girls. I do have a favourite pair of heels, my pink, glittery pair which were on sale at Faith, so I though I just have to have them! So I brought them, and I wore them on a night out with the girls, trying tot make them jealous with my new shoes. Oh, they were soo jealous, but after about an hour of dancing and hanging out, my feet were killing me. You may have seen these, in Boots, your local Supermarket, even fashion chains like River Island or Topshop. They are basicly an updated shoe insole...with a difference. Party feet are sold in pretty purple packets with a cartoon/sketched heeled shoe on the front, because this is what they are for- uncomfortable to awkward shoes. The price for them varies from £2.99 on Amazon to £9.50 in some shoe menders, Average normal price in Boots at the moment is £4.79, so shop around- your likely to find it on offer somewhere around summer time.
