I have really sensitive teeth even just eating citrus fruits or sweets and particulary after a few glasses of wine. I also saw my dentist about three years ago and the enamel on my two front teeth was so bad that i had to had it covered almost like a filling. I've really suffered until i started using Sensodyne. I previously used the whitening one but recently i have started using the pronamel. Although it is more expensive than some toothpastes i can honestly say that in conjunction with using the Sensodyne mouth wash with the pronamel toothpaste i very rarely experience sensitive teeth anymore and the enamel on my teeth feels smoother and stronger. It does taste a little different but i think you just get used to this after a while. I think it has prevented any further acid erosion to my teeth as i haven't had any further comments from my dentist about my enamel and i believe this is down to daily use of this product. I actually probably brush my teeth with it about three or four times a day as i tend to brush after most meals. I would recommend it to anyone with sensitive teeth as i would the whole Sensodyne range.
