Great for sensitive teeth (Sensodyne Pronamel Daily Toothpaste)

Advantages: My teeth felt 'protected' after using it

Disadvantages: Doesn't help combat stains or whiten teeth

My girlfriend does the shopping and usually buys this which is fine by me as i suffer with sensitive teeth anyway.

It comes in a 75ml tube and i am told it's about £2.50 in Tesco although we usually manage to get it on a deal in Superdrug or Boots.

I use it with an electric toothbrush and it leaves my teeth feeling as if they have been coated with a protective layer - it's not an unpleasant sensation i would just say they feel silky smooth and it has a pleasant taste and leaves a minty fresh sensation in your mouth.

I have definitely noticed a reduction in the sensitivity of my teeth but can't really see any change in the enamel on my teeth but it wasn't particularly bad to start with.

The one thing it doesn't particularly help with is whitening and as a coffee lover i like something that combats stains too so i will probably stick with the Sensodyne whitening toothpaste. But if you are looking for specific care for the enamel on your teeth i think this product is spot on - price wise it's ver competitive and i certainly haven't noticed any deterioration in my teeth and they feel strong and healthy as you would expect.
