Signal Whitening Tootpaste (Signal Toothpaste)

I recently purchased Signal whitening toothpaste and was very unhappy with the results achieved after using the product for one month.

There was no clear difference from my normal toothpaste despite having to pay a premium price over my normal brand. I am also unsure whether or not it is healthy for your teeth to have a certain amount of stains or tartar on them.

Are consumers being sold a worthwhile and safe product? I used the tootpaste twice a day as I do with my normal toothpaste. I wonder if any other consumers have had similar experiences with this or other whitening oral hygiene products.

The results of using this toothpaste have been less than satisfactory, indeed, I believe it yields no better result than regular paste, and therefore feel slightly ripped off, since it does not live up to it's promises.
