These little mits are like little gloves of very fine sand paper. You slip the mit over the tops of your fingers and then you gently rub away at your leg. The friction effectively files away the hairs on your leg.

I was a bit worried about using these at first as I thought I might end up sand papering off the skin from my leg but this really isn't the case. The mits are actually very gentle on your skin and you only have to do a modest amount of rubbing to remove the hair. I find they take longer than shaving as you do have to go over areas a few times to remove all hair but it doesn't take as long as waxing or epilating.

The results last about the same length of time as shaving.

Because you file away the hair it is also quite an effective exfoloation as well as a hair removal and you do get a fine powder from your leg as dead skin cells are also removed.

I tend to only use this method of hair occassionally though as I feel frequest use ie weekly could well start to make the skin sore as it is quite an extensive exfoloation.

Summary: Well worth a go
