Something I own alot of is body creams and lotions though I have to admit that although I own them I don't use them much at all. I tend to buy something on a whim without little thought. However the other day I purchased this product...and with good reason. I have noticed of late that I have been getting really dry and tight skin in places. A bit on my back and around my knees and like I say it can feel a little tight and uncomfortable and this sounded like it may help calm the skin down somewhat! The Packaging: White and dark green box and on the front of it in green, white and red writing I'm told it is Clinically Proven Simple 'Derma' ... Read the complete review

I have dry skin which gets worse during the winter. I've also recently been swimming a couple of times a week which left me with patches of excema on my upper arms. I also have very sensitive skin so am always a bit nervous about trying new products but decided to give Simple Derma Intensive Skin Relief a try when it was on special offer in Tesco so cost only £1.99 for a 125ml pot instead of the usual £3.98. Simple claims that their intensive relief cream is clinically proven to give relief to dry skin in just 4 days so I was keen to give it a try. The cream itself is extremely thick and white in colour. You could turn the pot upside down without ... Read the complete review

I bought this because I have terribly dry skin during the winter on my face to the point where it embarrasses me. ~Cost~ I got it in boots for £4.50 (n more than £5) and of course I got boots points. You only get 50ml for that price but actually its quite rich so you don't need so much. ~Packaging~ It comes in a rectangular cardboard box, and then inside a tube with a screw top, about 12cms high so you can easily fit it in your handbag. ~The cream~ Its white , not perfumed smells quite sweet in my opinion. it contains no animal derived ingredients and contains Aquaxyl (meant to deeply moisturise) and canola Oil ... OK, I saw this on the shelf at my local Sainsburys at 33% off. As far as I know it is still 33% off- thought I should mention that - the offer may end soon! (Dated November 2008). I bought this from Boots the Chemists months ago for around £5, I am aware now its cheaper, around £2.50, It seems it has been a result of a price war!- either way, I would still pay £5 for it, it seems to help me. My problem is mild eczema. I only get it on my wrists mainly, but it can appear elsewhere and it can get out of hand if I don't deal with it. Its basically an itchy rash which develops into small raised bumps which when scratched with my girly nails, become ... Read the complete review

Simple Derma Intensive Relief Cream is designed for very dry and sensitive skin prone to eczema and dermatitis. It is made with natural plant oils designed to soothe and lock in moisture. It has no perfume and no colourings, it is just simple! It is made with a product called Aquaxyl which is naturally derived and Canola Oil. The Aquaxyl deeply moisturises and restores skin and the Canola Oil replenishes and protects. The cream is designed to restore, protect and prevent further moisture loss. Directions are to apply liberally to hands, body and face as often as required. For maximum benefit they recommend that you use 3 or 4 times a day. ... Read the complete review
