Having tried loads of products for puffy under eyes and this is certainly the best yet. Although this product is a bit pricey (around £20 for a 10ml bottle) it does do "exactly what it says on tin". But is very expensive for such a small amount. When Skin Doctors Instant Eye Lift comes into contact with your skin, after just a few seconds you can start to feel it working.
