... extract (? really!). This 250ml pump bottle formed a set I bought back in January in the sales (I swooped the last one off the shelf at 50% price tag). I immediately put it in the loft and tried to forget about it whilst I worked through all the other products I had in the bathroom. I think I was kidding myself it would be a nice gift for someone but who am I kidding - as if I'd give away this little lot! So, hand cream, yes, I have installed it next to the PC at work and now treat myself to a daily dose on week days. ...more

Crowned Review Soap & Glory Hand Food: I flipped my lid but was quickly soothed... (1156 words)

A lot of my time at work is spent typing away on a keyboard, photocopying pieces of paper, stuffing envelopes, printing numerous pieces of work on photocopies and risographs and should I get the dreaded beeps from any of the machines in my office to tell they have got a paper jam or worse, I have to fix to them. All of that takes it toll on my hands and they often become dry and that leads to further problems. One of the main roles within my job is meeting and greeting people from all walks of the life and the last thing I would want to do is shake hands with someone and have dry, chapped and raw skin on my hands. I prefer my hands to be well moisturised, soft and ...  Read the complete review

This is a review of "Hand Food" Soap and Glory's hand cream. I note the picture is in a tube, but mine came in a gift set and is a glorious 250ml bottle with pump action dispenser. On the bottle, it says it's the 'Most astonishing hand cream ever? You decide!" Ok then, I will! First of all, I ought to state a declaration of interest here. I LOVE S&G products and it takes a lot for me not to like them. In fact I've never found one I don't like yet! Label says Silky soft, non-greasy, hydrating hand cream with shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow extract (? really!). This 250ml pump bottle ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Soap & Glory Hand Food: Feed Your Hands (487 words)

Hand Food is the first and only product from the Soap and Glory range I have used (I know where have I been!?!) I've long hankered for the gift sets which are brought out around Christmas but no one seems to pick up on my not so subtle hint dropping. Last week I had taken my Mum on a shopping trip when we popped into Boots, my hand cream was just about to run out so I took a look at what was on offer. I spied some tubes of Hand Food and after reading some rave reviews on DooYoo I picked one up. There were two sizes on offer a 50ml for £2.25 and £4.50 for 125ml, as I hadn't tried it before I got the smaller of the two in case I didn't like it or had a ...  Read the complete review

I have been a massive fan of soap and glory for quite some time, and whilst shopping the other day I really couldn't pass up the free gift when you spend a certain amount on Soap and Glory products. In desperate need of some hand cream for the upcoming cold weather, I was always going to purchase Hand food after reading such good things about the product on here. Hand food is Soap and Glory's pink range of hand cream. It fits in with their traditional pink packaging which seems to be the most original and standard range. Packaged in retro pink tube packaging, the product is just the same as many other hand creams in the way that it fits into your bag even at ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Your Hands Need Soap & Glory Hand Food (644 words)

Soap and Glory Hand Food Hand Cream.... I have pretty much tried every Soap and Glory product there is going but I would have to say that hands down this is my favourite! Pun intended! Indeed as hand creams go this is a very good example and I should know because I use hand cream A LOT. I suppose working in the office environment of dealing with paper and then running a house where cleaning and such is done regularly it is no wonder my hands want to rebel. I have for a while stuck to buying the Neutrogena hand cream as I have found this one to be a good price and it really does work very well. However I couldn't resist trying out this Soap and ...  Read the complete review
