Advantages: Great moisturiser, cute packagin, gorgeous smell

Disadvantages: I prefer the consistency of a bodyshop body butter

After the success of Flake Away, Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter seemed the natural progression. I have used lots of body moisturisers, but to be honest i can be fairly lazy and never apply then every day.

I was curious to see how it would compare to a bodyshop body butter. Price wise its excellent at £10 for a big 300ml pot. It has the ususal gorgeous scent as per the rest of the range which is the main thing for me really. I have had my pot for about 6 weeks and have used about a third. The cream wasnt exactly the consistency i imagined, i suppose i imagined it to be more creamy like a bodyshop butter but it works just as well. When applied it leaves a nice, light sheen to the skin which i have picked up in on photos on nights out, on my shoulders. I have been using this about twice a week all over and probably every other day on the tops of my arms (my target area). Used together with the Flake Away there has been a noticable difference in the condition of my skin; the tops of my arms are less red and bumpy and my skin just feels softer in general, particularly my stomach.

I love the smell the most (the usual soap and glory pink scent) and used with Flake Away it makes a great combination for softer, smoother skin i just wish it was a bit thicker and creamier in consistency
