Advantages: Leaves you skin feeling and smelling amazing!

Disadvantages: Smell may be too strong for those with a sensitive sense of smell

Soap & Glory: The Righteous Butter is a product I picked up about a year ago and I absolutely love it! It comes in a bright pink 300ml tub, decorated with 50's style, black and white images, and inside the product is white, creamy and smells AMAZING. With ingredients such as shea butter and aloe vera, this product is advertised as being so moisturising 'you might swear you're wearing velvet', and in my experience, it really does live up to this.

Ok firstly, about the smell....The smell is pleasant and perfum-y, I like it a lot. However it is quite strong, so if you are particularly sensitive to smells, or you don't like perfume, then this may not be the body butter for you.

Secondly, the texture: You are advised to apply the cream to damp skin, massaging it in. When you first apply the cream though, it can feel quite heavy, but soon it does all sink in and (as long as you didn't overdo it) it doesn't leave any kind of greasy residue, like some other lotions I have tried. It just leaves your skin feeling silky and soft.

I think I bought my tub for about £9.99, which I think is pretty good value for money, considering how big the tubs are, and you dont have to use all that much for each application, so one tub can actually stretch pretty far. However, I think it would be better if they also offered a smaller size of tub, for those who aren't yet sure that they want to splash out on this product. Like I said, I have been using this product for about a year now and I think I'm only halfway through my second tub (I use it about twice a week normally).

So really, I believe that this product is good value for money, and it does what it claims to do, which is leave you with silky smooth, ultra-moisturised skin, and it smells GORGEOUS to boot. So would definately recommend!

Summary: Does what it says on the tub, good value for money, and definately worth a try!
