Im usually a great fan of Superdrug products and i think they are great value but today i purchased a tube of thier hair removing lotion, I have to admit I bought it as it was the chepest at £1.99 per tube and it seemed like a bargain. It states on the tube that it has cocoa butter with vitamin E for soft smooth velvety legs.... well i'd like to know where they hid it. Yes it is very quick to work and it only takes about 5-10 minutes but the first thing you notice is the smell it is so revolting its unbeleivable. It has that horriable old smell that used to come with hair removers in the olden days when they were a fairly new thing .I would have thought that ...  Read the complete review

i was wary for the first time i used this. i used to use branded products and although i alway bought sensitive skin versions i often found that i would get slight rashes from using the products. i thought at first that by buying 'own brands' might actually be worse. i was very suprised by the results - no rashes. the lotion is easy to apply but be careful. i have found that because it is not as thick as some lotions i have used previously, it sometimes slides of the spatula (not supplied) and falls onto my bathroom floor. the lotion works well. it removes unwanted hair for about a week. it also has a good moisturiser and a nice smell. ...  Read the complete review

I bought this product as I always seem to get razer rash when shaving. I usually use Immac but this was so cheap (£1.69 - about half the price of Immac) that I thought I'd give it a go. The product really does smell - that really bitter smell that lingers for ages and after leaving the cream on my skin for 15 minutes (10 is the supposed max) the cream still had not worked and I had patches of hair left all over my legs. I think this product is a fine example of the old saying "you get what you pay for" I certainly won't be doing any more false budgeting with this product. ...  Read the complete review
