Advantages: Smells nice, refreshing

Disadvantages: Not good as a shampoo

Attractively packaged and marketed as the smell of the Congo you'd imagine this smells like animals and monkeys etc...to me it doesn't smell anywhere nice as Lynx Africa but that's a harsh comparison. Lynx is the field leader and this is Tesco Value. The smell is fine, and not too overpowering.

Its an "all over" shower gel which for an active 24 year old like me is a Godsend when returning from a football match to work in an airless office on a hot summer day. With no fans on. Or ice cream nearby.

It also doubles up as a shampoo. I've never been a fan of this concept as surely scientists need to put one thing in to make shampoo work and another in to make bodywash work. It always makes me think a product can't nail both of them, only one and its the shampoo side which lets me down.

I've used it with/without conditioner and it leaves my hair a bit dry and sticky. I'd recommend using this solely for the job nature intended, t wash your n'ether regions and use a shampoo and conditioner for your head.

Summary: Great body wash, bad shampoo
