We always have handwash on the go in our house, in the kitchen, the ensuite and the main bathroom, and I find some of the named brands really expensive so that's why I picked this up with my weekly shop in Tesco. It's only 47p for a generous 500ml bottle - less than half the price of others on the same shelf! It comes in several fragrances: this one, a white Magnolia one and a yellow one which is also floral (but I forget the name!) I chose this one as I had used the shower creme in the same scent and really liked it - as well as the fact it matched our bathroom wallpaper!

It comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. Once this is opened for the first time, it's very easy to use; however opening it initially is a bit of a challenge! You have to twist it - no, not that way - bit further... bit further... back a bit... etc. But eventually I got into it and managed to use it! The pump dispenses the product smoothly into your hand; however you don't really need as much as it dispenses, so I only push it halfway down.

The liquid itself is a pleasant light blue colour, quite thick and creamy and has the most gorgeous scent: it's floral without being heavy, and sweet without being sickly. I love it! It lathers easily in wet hands, and feels silky and luxurious. It also rinses off quickly and leaves behind that lovely fragrance which makes me want to keep sniffing my hands. Other reviewers have commented that it leaves behind a soapy residue but I haven't noticed this - in fact I have quite dry hands and this leaves them as moisturised as any other handwash I've used. I certainly haven't noticed them becoming any dryer.

In summary, this is an excellent product which looks attractive, smells great and does the job it's made for - for only 47p! You'd be mad to spend any more, in my opinion.

Summary: Why pay more? This is great!
