... unscrew as the cap seems to fit easily in the palm of my hand even though it is a little shallow. However, as I have already mentioned it is not as easy to put back on. Despite this issue, the neck of the bottle is generous enough to let the bubble bath flow out easily without having to exert any pressure on the bottle. However, this also means that you have to be careful and watch the amount you are pouring as you can easily end up tipping the whole bottle in! In comparison to the previous blue version that I had t...more

Premium Review Tesco Foam Bath: Why spend more when it just goes down the drain! (1007 words)

** The product I am reviewing here is the Tesco Value Foam Bath for 18p, not the Tesco Bath Creme at 79p. I did try and add it to the system but dooyoo said that this was the correct place to review it. ** In attempt to both make and save more money, my partner and I took the big decision to relocate and downsize, one of the reasons for my lack of reviews over the past couple of months! One of the sacrifices that I have had to make in the process was having to make do with a less than perfect shower. In fact to be brutally honest, it's pretty pants. So much so, that I nine times out of ten I always opt to have a bath instead. (I know it's not particularly ...  Read the complete review

==Background:== I usually have a shower every day but a couple of times a week I like to relax and soak in a long hot bath. For me there is nothing better than a good bubble bath and over the past few years I have tried many. I have no real brand loyalty I just used to but whatever was on special offer at the Supermarket. However since money has become tighter in the last year I am now looking at more Shop's own brands, so with this in mind I purchased this Tesco ==Price:== There are many bubble bath choices in Tesco and I would describe this as a mid range product. The Foam Bath for 1 litre currently costs 78p. With the branded items ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tesco Foam Bath: Foam Foam And Awayyyyyyy (674 words)

Life just isn't the same if we cut out every luxury known to mankind. There are certain things that I don't mind going without but on the other hand there are other items that I see as being essential. Take bath foam for example, its not a lot to ask for is it? A bottle of half decent bath foam saves a lot of time scrubbing unwanted rings of soap scum away from around the edge of the bath, if the Other Half forgets to add it to his bathwater then Woe Betide! Often he takes a whim and a fancy and tips up the bottle with gay abandon and fills the bathwater with at least fifty pence worth of scented foam. ( You notice it is never ...  Read the complete review

Loosely translated the title means: Go and have a long hot soak in the bath with this stuff! Ok right now onto the op!! I’d been lying on the floor at my husband’s feet (where I belong he says!!) after a particularly nice evening meal and then a good film to finish the evening off nicely I went to leap up off the floor, (ok so I never leap, that is a slight exaggeration!) and found that I could not move! What am I talking about? Well you know I have just joined a gym and you know that I go three times a week this for torture, oops I mean this lovely exercise. What you don’t yet know is the hell I go through ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tesco Foam Bath: The one with the essential oils (449 words)

Let me set the scene for you – I am trying (yet again) to loose some weight and had spent my day doing some exercises and also some heavy (ish) gardening. I was feeling tired and grubby so I decided that a nice relaxing bath would make me feel better. It would also have the added benefit of keeping me away from those chocolate bars in the fridge. I buy them to go with Dave’s lunch but I do occasionally pinch one during the day if I’m feeling hungry! I chose a Tesco Foam Bath with Essential Oils – Jasmine variety. If you have any idea what Jasmine smells like you will know that this is heavenly. I filled the bath, something I ...  Read the complete review
