... it reminds me more of banana chewing gum than milkshake no matter my children love it. The tube carries the British Dental Health Foundations seal of approval and is claimed to be sugar free. Believe this at your own peril. The toothpastes primary ingredient is sorbitol a commonly used sugar substitute derived from glucose which is incidently a simple sugar. Tescos childrens toothpastes are 75ml in size, 67p per tube and available in the equally delicious Strawberry Ice Cream flavour....more

Premium Review Tesco Kids Banana Milkshake Toothpaste: Its fun, its funky and its most definately banana flavoured. (246 words)

Its fun, its funky and its most definately banana flavoured. Tesco Banana Milkshake toothpaste is an all round winner at toothbrusing time. Firstly its brilliantly designed to stand on its lid so it really doesn't matter where your toddler grabbed the tube last. By the next time you use it the toothpaste has migrated to the end with the hole. As with all toothpastes the manufacturers recommend you use a pea sized amount, any one with independant children will know that this is normally almost impossible but thanks to the thicker than normal plastic tube you do need to squeeze this harder than most to persuade the tothpaste to exit the tube which is a definate plus. ...  Read the complete review

My 22 month old toddlers are going through a brilliant stage of loving their 'Num Nums' .. to me and you that's teeth brushing. I bought them car shaped toothbrushes to make it all the more special as they are 'brummer' mad also and purchased two different toothpastes one to keep at mine and one at my mums. The one up my mums is in fact Tescos Banana Milkshake flavour toothpaste. I don't know what drew me to this toothpaste, it may have been the fact that it said New on the tube at the time. The tube it comes in is a child like sized 75ml upside down tube with a screw off lid. It's all bright yellow with a smily faced banana on the front. It clearly says its ...  Read the complete review

Harry has never really been keen on brushing his teeth, but at the moment it seems a constant struggle for us to get his mouth open to even get the toothbrush in! I've tried many different toothpastes to get him to like brushing his teeth but nothing seemed to work. But I went to Tesco last weekend and saw this new Kids toothpaste in 'Banana milkshake' flavour for a bargain price and knowing how much Harry loves all things banana, I figured it was worth a try! As I mentioned, the flavour of the toothpaste is 'Banana Milkshake' and is a toothpaste aimed at young children. The tube doesn't state an age range which I think is a bit silly as there is no guidance ...  Read the complete review
