I came across this stuff by accident and now use it all the time. First, I like the no-nonsense packaging. No outrageous claims or scientific gobbledygook; no ridiculous shaped bottle and a lable that tells you exactly what you're buying. The other thing I like is that it is not excessively scented and leaves you smelling clean, but not, as my old dad says, smelling like a poof's pantry. At 10pence a bottle this is truly value. At that price there was always the chance that the gel would be more like water but I have found that it is thick and holds together in a blob rather than running through your fingers. It lathers up well and I use it twice a day, washing both my hair and body with it. Even with frequent use it has not dried my skin or caused dandruff or itchy scalp. I even use it on my kids sometimes and it hasn't irritated their, much more delicate skin. So, in these times of economic squeeze why spend more?

Summary: Forget all the hyped up branded products. This stuff is great.
