Advantages: Smells lovely and zesty
Disadvantages: It won't be in the sale forever!
Body Shop Aromatherapy Refreshing Bergamot Body Spritzer I totally love this product – the smell – ooh! I use it, really, for what is recommended – as a spritzer – a quick pick me up. It’s like instant refreshment, an instant wake-up when you need it. You can use the spray all over your body, but not on your face, as it is a deodorising spray and 100% natural aroma. It contains citrus bergamia and panthenol, and the Italian bergamot oil used comes from a Community Trade arrangement. So it’s not only a good product, but you are helping people by buying it. It is apparently not for use by people who are pregnant, suffering from high blood pressure, or epileptic, and if you are any of these, you should consult your doctor before use. Aromatherapy products such as this can have strong effects on the body and mind, and must be used sensibly. I bought this product at around £5.99 after deliberating for ages over the cost, only to find some weeks later that it had been reduced to £2.50 or thereabouts in the Body Shop sale. Argh! (only temporary price though) It has a wonderful lemony smell, and if you take deep breaths of it when you need to, it really helps to relax you, but at the same time, wakes you up. It is pretty much a unisex scent I think, and could be used by either men or women. The bergamot oil also helps to soften and condition the skin, leaving it smelling and feeling wonderful. Available in 125ml bottles, also available as a body oil/ bath oil.
