Advantages: Gorgeous scent, lovely consistency

Disadvantages: On the expensive side

Brazil Nut Body Butter is by far my favourite among all the scents in the Body Butter Collection. I was first introduced to these gorgeous moisterisers at a Body Shop party, where by the end I tested rubbed every lotion, potion and powder that was handed to me over every square inch of my skin. Out of all those products however, there was this one scent that just stood out to me, a scent so more-ish and tantalising that I literally went through every single product again just to find out what it was!

This scent I found out to be Brazil Nut Body Butter. The smell is just gorgeous, none of my friends could place it initially. It's a mix of marshmallow, coconut and all things sweet. What I also like about the smell is that it lingers once it's rubbed into your skin, instead of dissappearing out of the pot as many other creams do.

The consistency is also really nice - as the name suggests the product is a mix of liquid and solid, like a butter or balm. This makes it soft and gooey to use, but also as a solid it lasts a lot longer than a liquid. Whereas with some creams you might have the tendency to squirt a lot out and use more than you need, with a butter you end up taking a smaller amount and rubbing it in to stretch further. The butter also rubs in and absorbs very easily and doesn't leave your skin oily or greasy at all.

My only issue with the product is the price, for a 200ml pot it costs £12 but for the length of time it lasts I'd say it was a reasonable price. I bought mine in November, use it at least 3 times weekly all over and still have at least half of the pot left. I would also look out for sales and special offers as they often reduce the Body Butters to half price or less depending on what scent/flavour you want.

Summary: My favourite moisteriser

I'm not so keen on the nutty ones although I love the mango one! Susan
