The packaging is clean and simple, but as usual with the Body Shop, high quality. It's a clear plastic bottle with a flip-top lid, which is easy to open and easy to use.
The product is a pale pink lotion with a fairly thin consistency, but it feels smooth and creamy. It has a sweet peppermint scent that although quite strong is not overpowering.
It feels really cooling when applied to the feet, so it's really good to use on tired, aching feet. It's refreshing and cooling as well as feeling silky and moisturising. You don't need to use a great deal of it at once, because of the thin texture a little goes a long way.
It does take a while to sink in, but I find this is the same with all foot creams, possibly just because the skin on the feet is thicker than on other areas of the body and takes longer to absorb products. Once it's fully absorbed it makes the skin of the feet feel really soft, but without leaving behind a residue. It also leaves the feet smelling sweet and masks any sweaty feet smells with ease.
I've never had particularly bad skin on my feet, but after using this regularly for a couple of weeks it had visibly improved, and all the dry, rough skin patches I had were gone.
All in all this is a great foot lotion.
Thumbs up from me.
