Last time I was in The Body Shop, the assistant picked up a small tub from behind the counter when I was paying and popped it in my bag, saying it was a free sample of peppermint foot cream. While I love a freebie as much as the next person, I had already tried the peppermint foot cream and not been very impressed with it. When I got home and had a proper look at the tub, I realised that it was actually the peppermint intensive foot rescue, which is a completely different product. Still, given my experiences with the foot lotion from the same range I wasn't overly keen to try it, but now I've finally got round to it, I'm glad I did... This product is described ... I don't usually go in for products for my body, as I have very sensitive skin and in places eczema. I just figure that seeing as my body is mostly covered up with clothes, it isn't really worth spending money on something that could potentially cause me a lot of problems. There is one part of my body that I do feel a little embarrassed about bearing come the summer months - my feet, or more specifically, my cracked heels. Every summer magazines seem to go crazy about having your feet in perfect condition - toes immaculately cut, filed, painted and heels smooth and supple, not cracked like mine have always been. Price: £8.80 From: The Body Shop For: An overnight moisture surge to target dry, cracked heels and give you softer, smoother skin The packaging is a plastic pot with a screw off lid that opens easily and fastens tightly. It looks nice and clean and simple and has that Body Shop high quality feel about it. As a rule I don't like tubs as packaging, preferring tubes or bottles for hygiene reasons, but because of the consistency of the product a tub is the best option. It's a nice, thick, creamy substance with a zingy peppermint scent. It's quite rich but it doesn't feel too heavy on the skin, and it absorbs quickly if you only use a small ... I bought this product in the autumn as a bit of relief for my daughter who had just been on her Duke of Edinburgh expedition and needed a bit of TLC for her feet. As soon as you open the pot you are hit by the wonderful peppermint smell. It is a nice refreshing scent and not atall synthetic. The cream is very thick and is more like a butter than a cream. This means that you can only put a small amount on at a time - but this does give the added benefit of massaging your feet at the same time. The effect is very moisturising - the packaging now describes it as cooling as well as a foot rescue treatment but I found it more refreshing than cooling. I ... Read the complete review

we've all been there new shoes causing blisters and bledding feet well if you havent trust me i think i suffere the oain for you. After weeks my feet were still sore and then i found this. Its basically a moisturiser that you put on your feet overnight and thats when the magic happens. Ididnt think it would work but it did, my feet felt so smooth and relieved. They were really smooth and it seeme like my tired sore cracked feet had been given a burst of life. I now use it regularly because i dont want my old feet back the new ones are so much better. Cracked skin, blistered heels and bleeding toes are now a thing of the past and soft smooth feet are a thing of the future ... Read the complete review
