Advantages: Smells delicious, hydrates skin very well.

Disadvantages: Expensive, doesn't last many applications.

Satsuma Body Butter, from the Body Shop, is sold in both 200ml tubs and 50ml tubs. For 200ml it costs £12.20 (but you get 10% off if you have a Love Your Body card) which is expensive, but the quality of the product makes up for this!

Body Shop sell many different variants of body butter and the satsuma one (my personal favourite) comes in a bright orange tub, with a label on top showing a picture of the citrus fruit and the Body Shop logo in the middle. The product itself is a creamy colour.

You apply the body butter with your hands and massage it on your body. It smells delicious and fresh. After I have applied it, people always ask me if I have been eating oranges! It leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturised, although the smell disappears after an hour or so.

It contains satsuma oil, shea butter, melon seed oil and Community Trade cocoa butter, making it good for skin and good for the workers. As it is from the Body Shop, you can rest assured it hasn't been tested on animals.

Despite being called "Body Butter" and containing oils, it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy - just hydrated.

Although being very expensive compared to other brands of body butters and body lotions, the smell and the extent to which it hydrates skin is far superior, making it well worth the extra money!
