The packaging on this product was a bit of a disappointment for me. don't get me wrong, there's no major problems with it and it works perfectly fine, it just doesn't have the usual look and feel of quality about it that you get with the body Shop products generally.
It's a pink plastic tube with a clear flip up lid. The lid is easy to open and it does fasten tightly, but mine split at the hinge when I took it away with me. It's easy to squeeze just the right amount of the cream out of the tube.
It's quite a thick textured cream, but still feels really light when you apply it to the hands. It's smooth and creamy and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy residue behind. It smells quite nice, a creamy scent with slight floral undertones, but the scent is not really noticeable once you've applied it.
This makes my hands feel really soft and smooth and it got rid of my dry skin in just a few days of use which I was really impressed with because I always use hand cream every day and I've never got rid of my awkward bits of dry skin before.
It has softened my cuticles and helped with the horrible dry peeling bits of skin I sometimes get around my cuticles, but I don't think it's really made any difference to my nails. They don't feel any stronger, though they've always been pretty strong anyway, and I haven't noticed any other effects on them.
All in all this is a very good hand cream.
Thumbs up from me.
